Notes of cherry-rhubarb pie. The juice is very thin, but enjoyable. Boysenberries on the finish. I would buy this again for the price, good value. Not the best Pinot out of Russian River Valley, to be sure…just an above-average wine for anytime drinking.
Lots of honey and melon on the nose. Peaches on the mid-palate and finishes with a lingering tartness. Light, refreshing, and fruit-forward. This is everything a white wine should be. Hopefully we’ll see more Marsanne from other producers in the future…in the meantime, there’s always Qupe.
